Abstract
The finite element analysis model for micro electric spark machining is made in this paper based on the basic thermal conductivity theory and the real situation of micro electric spark machining and the temperature field of single pulse discharge in different heat source models is simulated too through the analysis software ANSYS.Using the simulated result, the relationship between the descharge quantity and the surface roughness material removing rate under the single pulse discharge situation is studied at the last.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
