Clinical analysis of 19 cases of intracranial aneurysms by microsurgical clipping

Abstract

Objective To summarize the microsurgical operative experience of 19 cases with intracranial aneurysms.Methods Clinical date of 19 patients with intracranial aneurysms from Jun 2008 To July 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 18 cases were clipped successfully,1 case was wrapped.Conclusion Once the diagnosis of lntracranial aneurysms was confirmed,the patients should undergo surgical procedure,delayed treatment could increase the risk of aneurism rupture re-bleeding.
