Abstract

Humanistic quality is an important part of comprehensive quality of engineering college students.The main ways and methods of students in science and technology university were developed based on introducing connotation of humanistic education and analysizing present situation of students′ humanistic quality and humanistic education.And the main ways and methods optimizing resource allocation,perfecting curriculum system,constructing campus culture,strengthening fusion of humanistic and professional education and improving humanistic quality of teachers.
