Efficacy analysis of clinical nursing pathway in severe bronchial asthma

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of clinical nursing pathway in severe bronchial asthma. Methods The 64 patients with severe bronchial asthma in our hospital during the period from Feb 2012 to Feb 2013 were randomized into the control group(routine nursing mode) and the observation group (clinical nursing pathway). The master degree for the health knowledge,nursing satisfaction,drug compliance and hospitalization time in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the master degree for the health knowledge and the nursing satisfaction were significantly increased in the observation group with statistical difference(P 0.05); the drug compliance was obviously improved in the observation group with statistical difference(P 0.05);and the hospitalization time was significantly reduced in the observation group with statistical difference(P 0.05). Conclusion For the patient with severe bronchial asthma,the effective clinical nursing pathway formulated and implemented can signicantly improve the drug compliance and nursing satisfaction,and worthy of clinical promotion.
