Data Analysis on Death Cause of Malignant Tumors in Jinzhou District of Dalian from 2006 to 2009

[Objective] To understand the impact of cancer on the health and life among residents in Jinzhou District of Dalian,to provide scientific basis for further cancer prevention.[Methods]Cancer mortality data were analyzed among residents in Jinzhou District from 2006 to 2009.[Results]From 2006 to 2009,there were 3 996 cases of death due to cancer,the average annual mortality rate was 208.73/105,and the standardized mortality rate was 117.31/105.The annual cancer mortality rate(/105)for men and women was 261.09,156.67;20 years old,20 years old-,40 years old-,≥ 60 years of age were 6.13,17.48,160.01,797.74.The top five of cancer death followed by all people and men have lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,colon cancer,esophageal cancer,women followed by lung cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,colon cancer.Life Lost Due to 28 294.50 person-years for malignant cause,Life Lost rate was 14.78 ‰.[Conclusion]The cancer mortality 208.73/105 among residents in Jinzhou District,the main causes of death were lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,colon cancer,esophageal cancer.
