Study status and progress in Fenton method

Abstract

Fenton method is provided with unique advantages in treatment of refractory organic wastewater,and is a kind of promising technology in wastewater treatment.In this paper,the development processes,main principle and the application status of Fenton method,including nomal Fenton reagent,Photo/Fenton,Electric/Fenton and US/Fenton ones,are summarized,and their application in wastewater treatment,the existing problems and its development directions are also reviewed.
