Abstract
Based on the traditional punch line,the automatic production line was composited of feed-in,unloading manipulators and unstacking robots.The design of production line,pneumatic manipulators,unstacking devices and other auxiliary devices were analyzed and PLC was used as the controller while the construction of the control system was deeply analyzed.Through running and debugging the project at the working site,the key technology of automatic production line was proposed.
