Abstract
Influence of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of bainite/martensite composite steel were investigated. The results show that the experimental steel can obtain bainite/martensite composite microstructure under different heat treatments. The steel samples spheroidized at 780 ℃ for 3 h with furnace cooling, then austenized at 920 ℃ for 1 h with sand cooling and tempered at 500 ℃ for 1 h can gain preferable comprehensive properties with hardness of 51 HRC,toughness of 12 J/cm2,and excellent wear resistance.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
