Prevention of Water Pollution

The cause and consequence of water pollution in China are studied.As one of the inevitable results of industrialization development,pollution is most dangerous against the mankind and the ecological system.As pollution may hinder economic development and affect people's livelihood if not controlled,pollution prevention turns out to be very important for the well being of the whole nation.The key of successful pollution prevention is to ethically and lawfully identify the one duly responsible for pollution and control.Moreover,a proper way of control shall be determined.The government shall be liable for the implementation of the basic principle of pollution control,i.e.the one pays for the pollution it causes.Two fundamental ways of water pollution control involve cutting off poisonous pollution sources(poisonous industrial pollution sources in particular) and waste utilization(the development of biologic control of water pollution in particular).
