On the Basic Issue and the Solution of China's Economic Research and Teaching

The major contradict confronted in China's economic teaching and research is that between the high requirement of the practice of socialism market economy and the relative low level of economic teaching and research. The correct issue, therefore, is how to establish economics theory to fit to the practice of the socialism market economy based on the guideline of Marxism economics. The key of this process is to stick to the developing Marxism economics as the guideline of China's economics and the core is to logically combine the Marxism economics and the useful part of western economics together.
