On the Construction of the Socialist political-regime Civilization

Political civilization content can be divided into three sections,which are political-ideology civilization,political-regime civilization and political-behavior civilization.Among the three parts,political-regime civilization is the core and entity of the Socialist political civilization.It represents the degree of development of the Socialist political civilization and the symbol of the Political progress of the society.The paper intends to probe into the ways to cultivate the socialist political-regime civilization from three aspects:the basic political system,the concrete reform of political system,the construction and perfection of the legal system.
