It introduces general situation of the Qijiang ancient town, analyzes accounting problems of the ancient town,provides protection measures of this historical culture famous town,points out that on the lightening of the continuous development thought,it should correctly recognize relationship between protection and utilization of the ancient town,and protection is premise,utilization is way.
