Abstract
The ultrasonic extraction techniques of momordica charantia L. flavones were optimized by orthogonal test. The optimum extraction conditions were summed up as follows: ultrasonic power as 80 W, 20 min extraction time, ethanol solution (volume fraction as 90 %) as extraction solution, and the ratio of materials to solution as 1∶30 (g∶ mL). Besides, this method was compared with traditional extraction method and the comparison results suggested that ultrasonic extraction method was better because of its advantages such as time-saving and high efficiency.
