Analysis of the Enterprise Logistics Training Problems and Solutions

As a vital part of enterprise operation,the improvement of logistics efficiency has increasingly caught the attentions of every enterprise,which has resulted in the logistics trainings of different types organized by different enterprises.However,their failure to combine the trainings with the technical specialty of logistics makes it difficult to achieve satisfactory effects.On the basis of the analysis on current enterprise logistics training development,this article tries to find out an effective solution to improve the training effects and predicts that logistics training will certainly be more and more important to enterprise logistics management development with the ongoing development of China's society and economy and the continuous improvement of enterprise logistics management.
