Abstract

Aiming at the current experimental teaching of the local engineering and polytechnic universities,this essay put forward the constructive goal of experimental teaching based on the various problems existing from system to mechanism,from setting up of labs to the teaching content.It also investigated the experimental teaching system and model that local colleges and universities made up to cultivate the innovative talents.
