Abstract
Knowledge innovation has been widely acknowledged as one sustainable development mathod for enterprises to rely on,also knowledge transfer is an important channel for knowledge innovation.Among the many forms of knowledge transfer,definitely,the transfer of tacit knowledge is indispensable.In normal circumstances,it can be said that the success of knowledge transfer depends on the level of efficiency in tacit knowledge transfer.As to consulting firms with high-knowledge background,knowledge capital is their largest advantage.Main line,in this paper,is along with knowledge innovation,and the writing purpose of this paper is to give a comprehensive exposition and analysis of ralated issues and research in Chinese and foreign consulting firms in the transfer of tacit knowledge.
