Study of the optimization of road toll criterion and the application of road toll in transportation management

Based on the study focused on the optimization methods of road toll criterion,this paper proposes discrepant price methods which may not be detrimental to the national economic efficiency of the road construction projects and two parts toll methods which can be applied to the definition of road charge criterion,expanding the income from charges and solidifying the investment compensation ability of construction projects.This study also concentrates on the application of traffic jam toll in transportation management, suggests corresponding models and methods for establishing the toll criterion and studies the influence of overloading on road operating costs.
