On the Constructing Mode of Creative Talent

Abstract

Creative talent is characteristic of individual independence, overall abilities and cognitive continuity. Therefore, when constructing the mode of cultivating creative talent, we must adhere to the principles: focusing on creative ability and integrating knowledge, ability and quality into an organized whole. We must also carry out furter education innovation, enhance crossspeciality talent training so as to bring about students' improved creativity and personality.
