Abstract
Vocational education is an integral part of modern educational system,and plays an important role in the process of modernization.Governing education by law is a necessary choice to grasp current opportunity and to realize vocational education development better and more quickly.Since theVocational Education Lawpromul-gated and implemented,vocational education has made notable achievements.At the same time,there also exposed many problems in vocational education legislation,enforcement,supervision,and popularizing.So,we must attach importance to popularizing the law,to revise the law text,to improve the supporting laws,to increase the law en-forcement intensity,to strengthen supervision mechanisms.
