Based on the input - output theory,from the perspective of the goal of steady growth and structure adjustment, industrial investment decision -making can be analyzed with the investment dependency and industrial investment efficiency.So the industry investment decisions can become a system of decision - making with full content of time and space.Through the variable structure control dynamic input - output model,the industry's reliance on investment can be identified. Through the DEA model,the efficiency of the industry can be identified.Finally,the comprehensive analysis of industrial investment can be analyzed through the BCG model,and further appropriate investment strategy can be determined while the industrial investment environment changes.
