Some Issues on Realization of Judicial Justice

In order to realize judicial justice in contemporary China, we should break through the inner part of the judicial system and use the state power as the motive force of reform, and realize the transition from the state motivation to social consciousness. We may create conditions for the realization if judicial justice in China through essentialize the judges, socialize the idea of justice and rationalize the judicial system.
