Abstract
Shen Lixin is regarded as the person excellent in poem and calligraphy by critics. In his pursuit for art, he is influenced by three persons who are considered as his teachers. One is Tian Jian, a famous poet, who taught him to write poems; one is Xiong Yaochang, a famous calligrapher, who taught him to do exercises in calligraphy; another is Yu Lin, a famous writer, who taught him to write. Shen Lixin does not write poems as a poet but strengthens his artistic accomplishment. His poems express refines scholars' sentiment. His poems about traveling are extremely successful and his poems of compliments also have characteristics.
