Abstract
In this paper,we focused on social network and Miles and Snow strategic choice framework for matching and its impact on business performance.The main function of the social network was divided into four types,information approach,cooperation enhancement,absence substitute and resource acquirement.Then in the Miles and Snow strategic choice framework,we carried out on the assumption for empirical validation through the 206 samples.Defender should make full use of social network in the function of cooperation enhancement and resource acquirement,while explorer should make full use of social network in the function of information approach and absence substitute.The enterprises with good match between social network and strategy will show better performance.
