Abstract
Rural public finance is an important constituent part of constructing rural public service system,which also plays an important role in balancing urban and rural development,improving rural people's livelihood,expanding domestic demand and advancing urban-rural integration construction.During the 11th five-year planperiod,Chinese urban and rural equal public services have made some achievements,but there are still plenty of room for improvement.
