Research on Reforms of Talents Training Scheme of the Electrical Engineering Specialty

Among the reforms of high education,the key problem is the standard and target orientation of talents training.The core problem is the teaching method reform.The essential and difficult problems are the reforms of teaching contents and curriculum systems.On the basis of the training requirements of compound talents and according to educational characteristics of the electric information specialty,this paper investigates the following problems: training goals and training requirements of professional talents,the teaching contents reform,and then proposes the training modes and teaching systems of creative talents,which contain one core,two education,three strengthening and four reform.
