Abstract
The discarding process of egg yolk oil from egg yolk powder was studied by using superitical fluid CO2 extraction.Extracting the lecithin with alcohol from residue egg yolk powder and refining,the refined lecithin was gotten.Through de-terming,it contented:1.phosphtidylcholine 91.8 g/100g;2.protein 8.69 g/100g;3.in acetone material insoluble 90.4 g/100g.
