Abstract
Objective To explore the route and location of soft tissue incision and rigid internal fixation in the surgical treatment of zygomatic complex fracture. Methods One hundred and twenty-one cases with zygomatic complex fracture were retrospectively analyzed and the outcomes were evaluated with three grades. Results The percentage of grade A was 77.88%(81/121),of grade B 17.31%(18/121)and of grade C 4.81%(5/121).Conclusion Coronary notches in the skull has the advantages of good exposure, precise removal of the block and good symmetry of both sides. The selection of fixation location depends on dislocation of the fracture.
