Abstract
Objective:To approach the effect of the suppository on pathological model of rats with non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods: Investigated the inflammation of prostate in rat models with non-bacteria l prostatitis induced byXiao Zhi Ling, and the model was treated with the Su ppository to observe its effect.Result:Optical microscopic exam ination showed the mesenchymal inflammatory cell infiltration and hyperplasia of fibrous tissue in prostate of model rats were reduced after treated with the suppository. Conclusion:The suppository has the effects of repairing prostatic tissue, alleviating mesenchymal inflammatory reaction and hyperplasia of fibrous tissue.
