Abstract
The concept of “security dilemma” or “Hobbes’ Dilemma” is very important in the study of international relations and the history of international relations. This paper, therefore, from a new perspective, examines the history of the “security dilemma” objectively, analyzes both historically and theoretically the possibility of overcoming the “security dilemma” and the necessary conditions to overcome it, and expounds, to some degree, the relationship between the “security dilemma” and “the theory of China threat”.
