Abstract
Thorough demonstration was made on various factors affecting on the vacuum tightness of the unit during overhaul and minor repair of the unit,and plenty of tough,careful work was conducted during the repair to make out an effective overhaul inspection and repair scheme.Thus,the acceptability rate of vacuum tightness test of the unit was greatly improved,the vacuum tightness of unit No.1-No.3 became acceptable to the standard and the economic efficiency of the unit was improved.
