Financing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises by Factoring

Abstract
The present financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,the advantages of factoring in dealing with financing of these enterprises and problems encountered by them in starting factoring financing are studied.It is suggested that credit system for small and medium-sized enterprises be established,insurance factoring system be set,legal regulation for the perfection of factoring be enacted,industry cooperation at home and abroad be enhanced and factoring be perfected.
