Abstract
Major-oriented custom modular teaching system for fundamentals of machine design course was established.Besides the basic knowledge module,extended knowledge modules for different majors were increased.According to the overall guidance of modular teaching system,a series of teaching reforms and practices around teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching resources construction,and practice platform construction were carried out,and significant results were achieved.
