Abstract
Objective To establish a method for content determination of baicalin in extract powder of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and to optimize the extraction technique. Methods Taking Baicalin as index,we use the technique of HPLC to determine its content. Then compare the difference among water-extracting and acid-depositing;alcohol-extracting and acid-depositing and ultrasonic-method.Results The content from ultrasonic extraction of the baicalin is the highest. In the range of 7.58-121.36 μg,the baicalin shows good linear relationship. The recovery of baicalin is 99.25 %.Conclusion The ultrasonic extraction method is steady, reasonable, feasible and efficient.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
