Abstract
A specific ecological region have a certain feature of natural species diversity which defined as species diversity within a primary ecological region that are no human interference.Following the scenario as natural ecology→no human interference→natural species diversity→determinant→quantitive factor→model of species diversity,we sumed up a geographic, climatic and site specific formula of natural species diversity by mathematic screening and analyzing of published data.Furthermore, following the scenario as natrual species diversity→human interference→ecological unbalance→actual species diversity→degree of ecological unbalance,we concluded formula of ecological unbalance. The formula of natural species diversity was used to quantify the characteristics and gradient distributions of species diversity within a specific region. The formula of ecological unbalance was used to quantify the degree of ecological unbalance and human interference.
