Abstract
Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP) is considered as the most powerful DNA fingerprinting technique of its high reliability and powerful approach in detecting polymorphism loci. The AFLP approach is particularly powerful because it requires no prior sequence characterization of the target genome. Using wheat as materials ,the technique of AFLP silver-staining protocol and some skills are specified ,and the system of AFLP is built.
