A Study on the Running and Management of the Alliance of the Third Logistics Enterprises

The alliance of the third logistics enterprises is necessary to the development of modern logistics. This paper discusses the running and management of the third logistics alliance composing of Chongqing Post Bureau and Chongqing port group, propoes a modelof program rebuilding , information connecting and the organization and management of the alliance of the third logistics, studyies the method of recombining logistic recourses and constructing the alliance with many core challenging a-bility and more consumers by information integration. It is of reference value in the construction and optimization of the third logistics alliance and the development of logistics industry.
