Reciprocating Compressor Fault Diagnosis Base on Vibration Test

Reciprocating compressor is all-purpose power equipment in each producing corporation.It widely used in metallurgy,mine,machine manufacture,especially in shipping.In shipping,fault diagnose generally use vibration test.But the machine is usually very complex because of it composed by many movement-parts.Fault located is also difficult by vibration test because of the vibration factor is complicated.This paper introduces several basic forms and the reason of the reciprocating compressor faults;it also takes an instance of reciprocating compressor fault to analysis.
