Abstract
Through screening, weighing, observing and comparing the particle of fluvial sand, sea sand and aeolian sand, the range of size of sand material was obtained and the degree of roundness of sand particle was analyzed. The results showed that the content of silt sand in aeolian sand, fluvial sand and sea sand(Ⅰ,Ⅱ) was 3.14%,0.3%,0.07% and 0.03% separately. The content of coarse sand and extremely coarse sand was 73.35% in fluvial sand, the one in sea sand(Ⅰ,Ⅱ) was 5.12% and 0.15% separately, the one in aeolian sand was 15.71%.The roundness of aeolian sand was the highest, with 26% for round,54% for secondary round. For sea sand(Ⅰ,Ⅱ),the content of round and secondary round was 30% and 29% separately. The roundness of fluvial sand was the lowest, with 4% for round and 14% for secondary round.
