Equity and Efficiency:Allocation of Sports Venues Resource in China

The allocation of sports venues resource was discussed from the relationship between and equity.This paper reveals the Sports space resource allocation problem and the causes in contemporary China from several aspects:the target is indefinite,the total is inadequate,the capital allocation is inefficient,the opportunity allocation is inequity,and so on.Accordingly,it suggests that in order to achieve the unity and efficiency,we should establish the concept of equity and efficiency allocation,determine the goal of the allocation of resources timely,optimize the model of resource allocation,construct a legal system of resource allocation,balance the allocation of venues resources in urban and rural,construct a financial transfer payment system,and provide a theoretical basis for the rational allocation of the sports venues resources.
