Cause of aluminum foil pinhole and relevant prevention measures

Abstract
The aluminum foil pinhole types and their microstructure characters have been investigated briefly.The cause and forming mechanism of the aluminum foil pinhole are analyzed in detail.Finally,the relevant prevention measures and pinhole amount controlling methods in production processes have been put forward,which helps to solve the pinhole over-standard problems and can be taken as a guide for aluminum foil production.
