Abstract
Objective To detect TNF α,IL 1β and NO in sera of patients with paragonimiasis.Methods 20 sera of patients with paragonimiasis and health volunteers were gathered respectively to detect levels of TNF α,IL 1β and NO by kits rspectively. Results Levels of TNF α,IL 1β and NO in sera of patients with paragonimiasis increased obviously.Conclusion TNF α,IL 1β and NO May play an important role in host's protective immunity against Paragonimus westermani.
