Abstract

The USB interface has became an important part of the microcomputer with the rapid development of USB interface technology.This USB device,which is called 'the checking pen of a circuit board based on USB',is developed on the basis of the integrated use of USB interface technology,the virtual instruments technology,the date collection technology as well as the single-chip microcomputer technology.
