The Study on Clinical Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise Combined with Acupuncture in Patients with Stroke Sequelae

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture in treatment of patients with stroke sequelae,and to explore their clinical applicability.Method:80 patients with stroke sequelae from May 2010 to July 2013 in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture treatment,while the experimental group was given joint rehabilitation exercise therapy on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy and improvement of the quality of patients' life between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was 90.0%(36/40),it was significantly higher than 70.0%(28/40) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( 字2=5.0000,P=0.0253),Quality of life scores of physiological function,pain,general health perception,vitality,social function and emotional function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture in treatment of patients with stroke sequelae has significant effect,can significantly improve the overall efficiency,and is suitable for long-term clinical application.
