Abstract

This paper reviews the developing history of the garden,expounds the functions of the garden,and discusses on the management of the garden from aspects of transforming the managerial mechanism of the garden,optimizing the resources distribution and doing well the structural regulation,changing the employment mechanism for strengthening the activity of the unit,and carrying out the socialized management for modeling the new image of the garden,etc.
