Abstract
Silicon substituted polysilane (SPS) was prepared by the disiane fraction produced in Direct Synthesis, via the redistribution of Si Cl with Grignard agent, obtained 11 dichlor 1122 tetramethyl disilane followed by sodium mediated condensations. The structure was confirmed by FT IR,UV and 29 Si CP MAS NMR.The results showed that the yield of 11 dichlor 1122 tetramethyl disilane was rested on the amount of Grignard agent. The yield of SPS was greatly affected by the reaction time, which was 4~5 hours.
