Abstract
With the rapid development of amateurish tour guides,there is a vigorous development in tourism,but it also brings challenges of management and service.This article fristly puts forward the present condition of amateurish tour guides,sceondly analyzes the necessity and obstacle of amateurish tour guides's professionalization,finally points out the relevant suggestions in order to improve professional conciousness and professional skill of amateurish tour guides.
