Investigation and Research on the Situation of College Students Off-class Attending Sports Activities in Liaoning Provice

The current situation of college students off-class attending sprots activeites in Liaoning province was investigated through questionnaire method.The result demonstrates that most students believe that sports activities will make them healthy,but the lack of practice and thinking is the major barrier.Student's motive of the sports activities off-class appears most tendency.There are many differences in choice of male and female sport items.Main elements preventing attending sport activities are having no sports apparatus,no guiding and nervous study.This paper puts forward the way to deal with this situation in order to push forward the reform of the P.E.in colleges and universities.
