Abstract
Objective To study influential factors during operating immunohistochemistry and improvement methods.Methods 1 238 cases of immunohistochemistry were summarized and analyzed.Results The rate of good-staining was 90.9%(1 126/1 238),non-special staining were 37 cases with the rate of 2.9%,weak-statining were 28 cases and 5 cases nagtive.Conclusion Many factors can influence the result of immunohistochemistry.Attention should be paid to each process when immunohistochemistry is operated.
