Abstract
Based on the experiment of a moored ship, the forces acting on the mooring lines and the impact forces acting on the fender by ship under the combined action of wind, wave and current are studied. In these tests, different water depths, blowingin wind and blowingout wind and different angles between waves and the fender are considered. Finally, the allowable mooring conditions are obtained.
