Abstract
Objective: To understand the drug susceptibility of bacteria for the better use of antibiotics.Methods:Adopting the auto microorganism analysis system of VITEK32 and GNS-120、GPS-107 to finish the identification of bacteria and drug resistance test.Results:The Gram positive bacteria occupy 28.75%,and Gram-negative ones occupy 71.25%.Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter calcoaceticus,Staphylococcus aureus,Enterobacter cloacae are frequent bacteria in dominant.Conclusion:The clinic should use antibiotics scientificly and try to decrease and delay the development of bacteria of drug resistance.
